Vaso Training

During vasoconstriction training, the patient learns to gain control over the vasodilatory action of the Arteria Temporalis. This training provides the client with techniques which act as both prophylaxis and as a way to reduce the duration and intensity of a migraine attack. Conditioning vasoconstriction and learning triggers, the first signs of an attack and what to do when these appear, can all assist in the prevention of migraines.
